This item comes in a craft box with ribbon, ready to give to the one you love.

Engraved on the outside of the glass bottle will be the first Name of your pet with the year of their birth and passing. (Name has an 11-character/space limit)

Inside the bottle, there are individual wooden letters that spell out your choice of:
"MISS YOU ALWAYS" or "LOVE YOU FOREVER".
